PREPARATION

1. Contact your account executive to enable your account to use integrations. (There is a set up and recurring fee charged for the service)
2. Ask for you API Key username and password that you need to register to enable the integration

CONNEXION

Step 1: Choose a name for your connection. Step 2: Enter your Synapsy username (different from your Synapsy account’s username) Step 3: Enter your Synapsy password. (different from your Synapsy account’s password) Step 4: Click “Connect” to finalise the connection.
