# Platform overview

The Chift platform is the web interface where you manage your integration setup. Access it at [chift.app](https://chift.app).

Use the platform to:

* Configure your account and activate connectors for the software your customers use.
* Create and manage consumers (your end-users) and their connections.
* Monitor connection statuses and troubleshoot issues.
* Manage user onboarding flows, including invitation emails and reminders.
* Explore the API with the built-in API explorer.
* Configure webhooks, roles, and multi-environment setups.
